How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will contain:
• Your tracking number
• The carrier name (UPS or FedEx)
• A direct link to track your package
Tracking Information
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become active. If your tracking details do not appear immediately, this is normal — the carrier needs time to scan and update the package in their system.
Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@tatungenterprises.com with your order number and we will assist you.
Order Status Meanings
• Processing — Your order is being prepared and will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Shipped — Your order has been dispatched and is on its way. Use the tracking number to follow its progress.
• Out for Delivery — Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
• Delivered — Your package has been delivered. If you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days.

After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Package Not Received
If your order shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it:
1. Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.
2. Look around the delivery area (porch, garage, side door).
3. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery.
4. If the package still cannot be found, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
